OKK Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) honors customer’s personal information on the Company’s Web site (www.okk.co.jp) to protect the privacy of customer.
◇Handling of privacy protection
- No customer normally needs to provide its personal information pertaining to its address, name, etc. in order to visit the web site of the Company; provided, however, that the Company may ask any customer about its personal information on a page for information material request included in the Web site. In this case, such customer shall provide the relevant information.
- In handling customer’s personal information provided, the Company appoints a control representative to properly control the relevant information. The Company implements safety measures in a proper and reasonable manner to prevent any and all personal information from not only being leaked to outside but also being accessed in an unauthorized manner from outside, endeavoring to protect customer’s personal information.
- The Company shall never disclose customer’s personal information provided to any third party without obtaining prior consent from the relevant customer, except for exceptionally providing the same when the Company shall disclose to comply with any provisions in any applicable laws and regulations or when disclosure is reasonably deemed to be necessary.
