OKK’s 5-axis machine centers provide reduced frequency of setups and high efficiency machining with short tools. OKK offers a wide variety of 5-axis machining centers responding to workpiece dimensions.
How can I calculate angles for 5-axis machining?
You can use the Multiface II or dialogue software WinGMC to calculate dividing angles. The WinGMC is able to concurrently calculate dividing angles and enter secondary machining patters. The Multifacer II is used to calculate dividing angles and set them to workpiece coordinates. The Multifacer comes with the OKK’s 5-axis machining centers as standard equipment.
What functions are available for protection of thermal displacement?
Soft Scale, radiation cooling of spindle, and cooling of wide wall of spindle head are available.
