Management Plan for Next 100 years

OKK celebrated its 100th anniversary in October 2015. Considering this historic event, OKK made a new management plan to not only build the company's foundation for increased stability but also to create a stronger global brand for OKK. For that purpose, the OKK Group mutually confirmed the management policy to strictly maintain the"Aggressive Management"and"Win-out Management"by allocating all management resources of the group for a firmer foundation and more stable earnings for the company. The three pillars of, Management Philosophy, Quality Policy, and Environmental Policy are the guidelines for these specific activities.

Management philosophy

Customer first: Provide quality and services responding to the customer's trust and expectations

Social responsibility: Contribute to the harmony and development of the global environment and human society

Delivery of values: Innovate technologies to create new values

Quality policy

Strictly maintain the quality-first policy in all management aspects and aim to be a corporation trusted by the customer.

Environmental policy

Have all company members address environmental issues for continual environmental improvement by recognizing the limitation of earth's  resources and with the objective of harmonizing corporate activities  and global environment
